If They Can Change Everything in 100 Days, So Can We

The corporate girlie in me still thinks in quarters.

And even though I’ve left Google, the language lingers: “hard stop,” “circle back,” “let’s take this offline.”

But here’s the upside: in this new season of freedom, I actually own how I spend my time.

Which means I get to apply those OKRs and KPIs not just to work, but to my parenting and personal life too.

We’re down to the final stretch of the year, just under 100 days left.

Instead of panic, I’m choosing to see it as possibility.

We’ve all collectively experienced what a difference 100 days can make this year.

If the last 100 days can transform systems at the top, then the next 100 can transform how tech shows up in our personal, parenting, and professional lives.

AI + HI: Not AI for AI’s Sake

This is Mother AI, so of course it’s going to be AI-central around here.

But in my workshops, I often talk about a philosophy I was introduced to a few years ago:

"No AI without HI.”
No artificial intelligence without human intervention. Human interaction. Human intention.

What I stand for isn’t AI for AI’s sake.

I’m not here for shiny demos (although cute and fun) or “because it’s cool.”

AI is life-changing.

And the spectrum of whether that’s good?

Wide.

Really really wide.

Our kids are (or will be) exposed to it in ways where they won’t have the choice to stick their heads in the sand or stay analog.

So if we have to be active in it, let’s use it for our benefit and raise some hell to make sure it’s being done right.

What’s Coming in This Season

In this season, I’m going to show you how you can use AI + HI to get closer to your goals in your personal life, your professional life, and your parenting life.

Along the way, I’ll share what’s happening at the structural level with policy, schools, and platforms so you can stay informed without feeling overwhelmed.

Because staying informed without feeling overwhelmed is what lets you lead at home and at work, with our values, our kids, and our communities guiding the way.

One Small Action This Week

Let’s make it practical and here’s where you start: write down three shifts you want to see this quarter.

Take 10 minutes to write down:

  • One parenting goal for Q4
  • One personal goal for Q4
  • One professional goal for Q4

Nothing fancy. Just three things you want to move closer to before the year ends.

We’ll build from there!

This isn’t about racing to the finish.

It’s about being intentional about the reality we want to live in.

Right now is the perfect time to start fresh.

Your turn: reply to this email with your 3 goals for Q4. I’ll read every one, and next week I’ll share the biggest themes I see along with how AI can simplify those areas in your life.
